Babe
Babe passed away on April 3, 2014
Babe, the start of our dream that is the Little Piece of Heaven Farm.
She fulfilled every wish I could have ever had in a horse, when I first met her, she hugged me!
She was patient, gentle and kind, giving me rides and all the kids that were allowed on her back.
She roamed around the farm with no restrictions; she just didn’t want to leave. Babe had the freedom to go down to my sisters for carrots and then wander back up here for more from me. She had her hard times, but she recovered from that, she knew I didn't want to let her go. She lived a quiet, great life, she was a great old girl. She will be sorely missed.
Golden Princess
July 8, 1998 - June 10, 2023
When we first got her, she was being bred to fill the meat man's requirements. We were at her place to buy a cow, and she ended up coming home with us. We still bought the cow, but she came home first. She had 4 babies for us, Heaven's Bodacious, Heaven's Catrine, Heaven's Erik (deceased), and Heaven's Loke. They have all gone to great homes. She lived her life as a wonderful mother and great companion. She will be missed greatly.
River Oak Rocky
Our River Oak Rocky was such a gentleman with the mares and his babies.
We will miss him very much!! October 16, 2020.
Pipestone Boommers Elita
"Lita" was a very special mare, lovely in temperament and lovely in face.
We will miss her very much. She was a pleasure to have around.
